- About TLC:
The TLC program was conducted by the Zimmer Foundation
over the 10-years period 2000-2009.
Its focus was the welfare
of domestic and feral cats
in and around Washtenaw County, Michigan.
We experimented with a number of different approaches
over that period and have preserved them here
for consideration by others planning or conducting similar efforts.
